Cathy has lead and driven the implementation of leadership assessment tools for our executive team, senior leadership team and more broadly across our network with our partner businesses. Cathy’s style and approach has created robust and open discussions that are development focused, challenge the status quo and has ensured that we have stayed true to our core principals and values.

Cathy is our leadership coach for all members of our executive team who have gained an enormous amount from her coaching and she is seen as an integral part of our business. Cathy has implemented the design and delivery of an Executive Development Program that has been focused on the delivery of transformational leadership skils for our executive team. Cathy has the ability to drive outcomes and challenge the thinking of our executive to ensure we are considering all options.

Cathy has also supported leadership development activities for our senior leadership team and has been key to creating a consistent leadership language across our business. Cathy has also lead the understanding and implementation of mindfulness as a leadership tool right across our business with a number of workshops.
